In August 2022, Solido celebrates its 90th anniversary on a big event, the first "BigCar Show" on the prestigious racing circuit of the city of Le Mans.
When year 2021 begins, there are only a few months left before the closure of the main MTH Electric Trains site (already sold) and the retirement of Mr. Mike Wolf. In addition, delayed by the Covid-19 pandemic and the serious crisis in maritime transport, the last flat cars of the US Army with Solido vehicles arrive from China a quarter late, under new MTH Premier and Railking references. And if since then, the brand has not ceased its activities, it is very unlikely to see new products of this kind from MTH in 2022. Collectors will however be able to acquire future military new products from Solido via importers, with unfortunately customs fees which are not negligible.
